Timetable

Juniors ages 11-16. Seniors ages 16-39. Box-Fun ages 8-12. Open gym ages 16-adult

Monday: 5.55 pm-7.30 pm Juniors. 6.25 pm-8.10 pm Seniors (squad & non-boxers inclusion)

Tuesday: 5.55 pm-7.30 pm Juniors. 6.25 pm-8.10 pm Seniors (squad training)

Wednesday: 4.55 pm-6 pm Kings Kidz Box-Fun (strictly 8-12 years)

Wednesday: 6.05 pm-7.50 pm Open gym sessions, over 16s & adults

Thursday: 5.55 pm-7.30 pm Juniors. 6.25 pm-8.10 pm Seniors (squad training)

Friday: 12.55 pm-2.15 pm Open gym sessions, over 16s freestyle training and 1-2-1s

Saturday: Venue Available for Community or charity Events

Sunday: Venue Available for Community or charity Events

1-2-1s & special tuition for boxing, fitness, conditioning & Wing-Chun (IP-Man Kung Fu)

Bookable for various times (external instructors by appointment)
